CE Global Cape Town & Apollo Air Warehouse — Cape Town

A 4,000 m² dual-purpose industrial steel structure designed and supplied by LEMCO for the CE Global Cape Town and Apollo Air development in Stikland, Cape Town. The facility integrates a church worship facility and commercial warehouse operations under a single engineered steel frame.

The development required a 4,000 m² facility capable of accommodating two distinct functions: a high-capacity worship center for CE Global Cape Town and commercial operations for Apollo Air. LEMCO delivered complete design and supply structural steel services, covering structural design, detailing, fabrication, and installation.

To accommodate both uses under one roof, the structural steel frame was engineered with long clear spans to eliminate interior column obstructions. This provided open floor space for warehouse logistics while maintaining the internal height and clear spans required for the church assembly space.

All structural steel components were detailed and fabricated in-house before delivery to the Stikland site for installation. The completed build provides a low-maintenance operational facility designed around the specific requirements of both occupants.
